**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on inbound inquiries.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate products or services.
- Qualify leads and set appointments for field sales representatives or managers.
- Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate customer and lead information.
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
- Achieve or exceed monthly targets for calls, conversions, and qualified leads.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign follow-ups and lead nurturing.
- Handle basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to relevant teams.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or customer service roles.
- **Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality.
- Fluency in [English and local language, if applicable].

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
