L & D Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with Training Needs Analysis.
- Coordinate and help organize logistics for training sessions, workshops, and events.
- .Assist in creating basic training materials, presentations, and resources.
- Communicate training opportunities and schedules to employees.
- Deliver training programs.
- Track course enrolments and participation by learning audience.
- Gather feedback and performance data to evaluate training effectiveness.
- Ensure accurate documentation of employee participation and progress.
- Stay updated on industry learning trends to contribute new ideas.
- Work closely with the team to support various learning initiatives
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Educational Background**: MBA in Human Resources or a related field is required.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years in L&D or a similar HR role with proven experience in delivering impactful training programs.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage and connect with employees at all levels.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Energetic, approachable, and able to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyse learning effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
- Ability to work on timelines with mínimal supervision
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kumbalam, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
