**Job Summary**:The Client Relationship Intern will support the Client Relationship team in managing and nurturing client relationships. This role involves direct interaction with clients, assisting with client queries, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. The intern will gain hands-on experience in client management and develop essential skills for a career in client relations, customer service, and business development.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the Client Relationship team in developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Help prepare and deliver client presentations and reports.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating client meetings and events.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
- Track and report on client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop professional skills.
**Qualifications**:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in customer service or client management is a plus.
