**Job Description**:

- Prepare month-end closing activities with regards to expenses accruals, bookings report analysis, ARR database, Churn, close and forecast templates.
- Assist the FP&A Team in the development of various rolling forecasts.
- Prepare, analyze and summarize various weekly, monthly and periodic KPI’s/operational results for use by various key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve reporting capabilities and assist in solutions implementation.
- Ability to “tell the story” and drive insightful analytics from financials.
- Attention to detail and ability to synthesize large volumes of data into summarized presentations/management views.
- Detailed review of the P&L along with variance analysis, trend analysis, compare forecasts and budgets to actual financial performance and interpret results.
- Take initiatives in improving the quality and efficiency of internal reports, including enhancing financial models and streamlining analysis and processes.
- Various ad-hoc analysis and process improvement projects to drive efficiency and scale.

**Qualifications**:

- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science) or equivalent.
- Must be an analytical thinker with a strong financial mindset and the ability to solve problems proactively.
- A self-starter, who proactively converts gaps into opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication & data presentation skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
- Proficient in visualization tools, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint presentation.
- Flexibility to work U.S. time during the pick days of the quarterly/monthly reporting process.
- Strong team-player with the ability to work effectively as part of a team, yet function well with independent responsibilities.
