Indfrag Biosciences is look for a senior professional for the role of "Sustainability Officer" who can help the Company by completing sustainability plans, conducting site assessments and producing reports on findings, initiating renewable energy assessments, Advising on the latest low or zero-carbon technologies, communicating plans to project teams and senior staff. **Department**:CSR & Social Service **Role Category**:CSR & Sustainability Immediate joiners are preferable. **Key Responsibilities**: - Independent Project Management: Taking charge of projects autonomously, ensuring their successful execution from inception to completion. - Network Building: Establishing robust connections with NGOs and sustainability consultants to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing. - Sustainability Planning and Reporting: Formulating comprehensive sustainability plans, generating detailed reports, and initiating assessments of renewable energy options. - Renewable Energy Initiatives: Providing insights into the latest low or zero-carbon technologies, and effectively communicating these plans to project teams and senior personnel. - Promotion of Sustainability Culture: Identifying and implementing initiatives that cultivate a culture of sustainability within the organization. - Collaboration and Networking: Collaborating with a diverse network of professionals and entities in various fields may entail occasional travel. - Sustainability Strategy Implementation: Oversee the implementation of sustainability strategies during a project to ensure that the project adheres to the most economically and environmentally friendly methods possible. - To develop the policy, Objective and manage the new Carbon Reduction activities as per GRI standards. - To Prepare and lead on and have responsibility for the effective delivery of the Carbon Neutral Plan and associated programs and projects, - Lead and manage the team focused on achieving the organizations Carbon Neutral objective. - To effectively operate, manage and influence the efficient use of energy resources by the organization. - Arrange learning and training events for the team in coordination with HR department and encourage their active participation in the drive and reduce the consumption of energy, water. Education **UG**:B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization, **PG**:M.Tech in Any Specialization, MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization, MS/M.Sc(Science) in Any Specialization.
