We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales cum Counselor. This role involves actively engaging with potential customers, providing them with guidance, and effectively promoting our products or services. As a Sales cum Counselor, you will play a vital role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction through your counseling and sales abilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for potential customers, both in-person and over the phone.
- Understand customers' needs and provide appropriate product or service recommendations.
- Provide counseling to customers, addressing their queries, concerns, and objections.
- Engage in consultative selling to guide customers toward the best solutions for their requirements.
- Present and demonstrate product or service features and benefits effectively.
- Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-development.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales or a related field, with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and build relationships with customers.
- Ability to counsel and guide customers, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills to influence customer decision-making.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to sales.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with customers.
