Job Title: Counselor and Telecaller
Job Summary:
The Counselor and Telecaller is responsible for providing support and guidance to potential students interested in enrolling in our courses. The role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to build relationships with potential students and understand their needs and concerns. The Counselor and Telecaller will work closely with the Design & Animation courses team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and help drive enrollment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with potential students. Experience in counseling and/or telemarketing, preferably in the education industry. Passion for the animation industry and a comprehensive understanding of the different animation courses offered. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Adaptability and the ability to handle difficult or unexpected situations. Familiarity with computer programs, such as Microsoft Office and CRM software.
