**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Consistency**: Maintain brand consistency throughout all design projects while ensuring they align with the company’s brand guidelines.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and implement effective design strategies.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- **User Experience (UX) Design**: Collaborate on website designs to improve user experience and visual appeal.
- **Feedback and Revisions**: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary adjustments to designs as required.
- **Trends and Innovation**: Stay updated on current design trends, industry best practices, and emerging design tools.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Sketch, Figma, or other design software.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work across digital and print media.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Typography**: Strong knowledge of typography, layout, and color theory.
- **Attention to Detail**: Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
