CS Enterprise Rollout Coordinator

You will be joining as a critical member of Doxel's Customer Success team serving as an integral internal representative to deliver customer value. Your mission is to delight customers with a world-class onboarding and delivery experience. This will involve:

- Coordinating critical end-to-end internal processes to deliver Doxel’s values to our customer base
- Operationalize and create efficiency in key chokepoints in our processing pipeline
- Partnering directly with Doxel’s internal stakeholders to plan and facilitate seamless end-to-end implementations
- Working directly with multiple internal groups at Doxel to execute on behalf of Doxel’s customers

But most of all, you will set the foundation and pace for customers to win on Doxel’s platform - from the user that's closest to the ground and all the way to the Head of Construction who has capital responsibility for billions of dollars of capital expenditure.

How you’ll contribute:

- Work as a trusted advisor to Doxel’s internal customer success team and Doxel’s operations teams
- Create a scalable structure that reduces internal friction and speeds up product delivery
- Execute daily and weekly tasks with a keen eye for attention to detail
- Coordinate schedules across multiple internal stakeholders
- Request, arrange, validate, and prepare onboarding files to ensure timely delivery
- Hold cross-functional teams accountable for deliverable artifacts to the CS team
- Liaise between department stakeholders to ensure alignment on all project statuses

Who you are:

- 2+ years in the software industry focused on operations and coordinating between multiple stakeholders
- Process and structure-driven, able to create flexible yet complete structure to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Meticulously organized with excellent English communication skills
- Comfortable with modern tools for managing and communicating with internal parties
- Proactive and self-motivated, you're a beacon of positivity and enthusiasm
- High aptitude and willingness to continually learn new technologies
- Adaptable to ever-evolving processes and strong personal initiative to execute
- Able to work 1:30 pm - 10:30 pm IST.
