**The following are the basic job requirements for the said role**:

- Working knowledge of Geo technical and Structural Engineering knowledge
- A leader and problem solver with sound attention to detail, demonstrated strong work ethic.
- He shall have previous experience in construction of water treatment plants, Pumphouses and other related civil works being carried out under the construction of civil structures.
- Preferably Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction works of water treatment plants, Pump houses and ESR's / GSR's.
- Expertise in estimation and knowledge of relevant IS codes. Expert level knowledge in understanding drawings and BOQ estimations for civil works.
- Delivery of appropriate planning prior to work commencing to ensure maximum efficiency from start to completion
- Keen eye for details related to Project Quality standards & safety standards related to the construction activities
- Experience in Liasoning works is preferred
- Good resource management skills, dealing with stakeholders and client management
- Good communication skills
- Carry out execution works as per the specifications of project quality manual and plan
- Responsible for ensuring that the workforce works in a safe manner
- Ensure that works are carried out to current Health & Safety and Environmental legislation
- Ensure that all Labour, Plant and Materials are supplied and utilized to maximize profit
- Maximize growth and develop new service offerings within existing contracts
- Extensive knowledge of Diaphragm Walls, Soil Mixing, Displacement Piling, Cased Bored Piles, CFA and Rock Anchors Strong Civil Engineering background
- Comfortable drafting project plans that include budget, build out, and cost estimates.

Minimum Qualification: B.TECH / BE

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
