We are seeking a creative and passionate Fashion Designer Intern to join our team This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fashion industry, work on real projects, and contribute to the design and development of new collections. As a Fashion Designer Intern, you’ll collaborate with our design team, learn about the industry’s daily operations, and have a chance to develop your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assist with Design Process**: Support the design team in creating sketches, developing concepts, and preparing design boards for seasonal collections.
- **Research Trends**: Conduct research on current fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and styles to inspire new designs.
- **Fabric and Material Selection**: Assist with sourcing fabrics, trims, and materials that align with design concepts and brand standards.
- **Sample Development**: Coordinate with sample makers and assist in overseeing the sample-making process, ensuring that samples meet quality and design expectations.
- **Design Documentation**: Maintain design records, including tech packs, fabric swatches, and sketches, to ensure clear communication within the team.
- **Support Photo Shoots**: Help organize and prepare garments and accessories for photo shoots, fittings, and presentations.
- **Quality Control**: Participate in quality control checks, providing feedback on fit, stitching, and overall garment construction.
- **Collaborate with Team**: Work closely with the marketing, production, and merchandising teams to ensure alignment with brand identity and project timelines.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
- **Creativity**: Strong sense of style, creativity, and knowledge of fashion trends.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design software. Basic sewing and pattern-making skills are a plus.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy in design work, especially in sketches and sample review.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present ideas and collaborate with others.
- **Time Management**: Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Portfolio**: A portfolio of recent design work is required to demonstrate skills and creativity.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
