**Job Overview**:
As a Graphic Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's identity and communicating our message through compelling design. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, social media, and product teams to create high-quality visuals that align with our premium branding and appeal to our target audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Creation**:

- Create visual content for product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal collections.
- **Brand Development**:

- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual elements.
- Develop unique design elements that resonate with our audience while upholding the brand’s aesthetic.
- **Social Media & Marketing Support**:

- Design engaging visuals for social media platforms, helping to boost our brand presence and reach.
- Work with the social media team to develop eye-catching graphics, infographics, and video assets.
- **Print & Packaging Design**:

- Design packaging materials, hang tags, labels, and in-store visuals that enhance the unboxing and in-store experience.
- Ensure all printed materials are high-quality and align with the premium feel of the brand.
- **Creative Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with photographers, copywriters, and other team members to produce cohesive campaigns.
- Offer creative input during brainstorming sessions to inspire and elevate visual storytelling.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or premium brands.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with video editing software is a plus.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.

- Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with teams.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to take feedback and iterate designs as needed.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CSS: 1 year (preferred)
