**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Greet customers as they enter the studio, understand their needs, and assist them in selecting the perfect men's wear attire (suits, shirts, trousers, etc.).
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop an in-depth understanding of our clothing range, fabric options, styles, and trends to guide customers in their purchases.
- **Upselling & Cross-selling**: Recommend matching accessories, additional garments, and customization options to boost sales and enhance the customer’s overall look.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- **Stock Management**: Assist in maintaining an organized inventory and ensuring the showroom is well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
- **Billing & Payment**: Process customer purchases through the billing system and handle cash/card transactions.
- **Feedback Collection**: Listen to customer feedback and communicate insights to the management for continuous improvement.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a retail sales environment, preferably in men's wear or fashion.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- A keen sense of fashion and styling, especially in men's clothing.
- Customer-focused with the ability to listen and offer tailored solutions.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and handling cash/card transactions.
- Team player with a positive and professional attitude.

Pay: ₹10,297.10 - ₹30,000.00 per month
