**What You’ll Do**

You’ll report to the Manager, Talent Acquisition. In this role, you’ll impact the business through your recruitment initiatives

**During a Typical Day, You’ll**
- You will be hiring BPO entry-level roles
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting tasks associated with each client ramp
- Work with cross-functional teams
- Prepare recruitment reports
- Foster an inclusive team and environment through your recruitment initiatives

**What You Bring to the Role**
- Minimum 2-year of experience in recruitment
- Time management skills with a focus on hitting goals and meeting targets
- Ability to articulate, interact and understand client needs and expectations
- Ability to influence others by example, coaching, and mentoring
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of integrity, judgment and follow-through
- Strong attention to detail
- Should be willing to travel across India for recruitment activities
