- Owning and managing Tinyminymo’s social media platforms - Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and more
- Planning and posting aesthetic, fun, and engaging content (including Reels, Stories, Posts, and Giveaways)
- Writing quirky captions and maintaining a consistent, brand-aligned tone of voice
- Managing the content calendar and ensuring regular, timely posts
- Interacting with followers, replying to DMs, comments, and building our online fam
- Analyzing insights and performance data to boost engagement and reach
- Staying up-to-date with trends, memes, and viral content to keep our feed fresh
- Coordinating with influencers, creators, and planning exciting campaigns

**You’re a Perfect Fit If You**:

- Love cute, aesthetic products and understand Gen Z & millennial internet culture
- Have 1-2 years of experience in managing social media for a brand (bonus if it’s in gifting, lifestyle, or e-commerce)
- Know how to use Canva, Instagram Reels, Meta Business Suite, and basic video editing tools
- Can write fun, witty captions that match our vibe
- Are organized, creative, and love brainstorming new ideas
- Have an eye for design and aesthetics

**Bonus Skills (not required, but nice to have)**:

- Photography or videography for product shoots
- Influencer marketing knowledge
- Experience in running social media ads

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
