**Role Description**

**Social Media Strategy**
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and community engagement.
- Manage social media accounts, including content planning, publishing, and community interaction.
- Track and report on social media performance metrics to gauge effectiveness.

**Brand Messaging & Positioning**
- Develop and refine the brand voice, ensuring consistent messaging across all communication channels.
- Create messaging frameworks that communicate the company's value proposition and unique differentiators.

**Executive Reporting to Management: Analytics & Reporting**
- Monitor and evaluate the success of branding and content initiatives through key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide regular performance reports to senior management, adjusting strategies to meet business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies to grow and position the brand.
- Analyze data and market trends to inform decisions.
- Developing core brand strategy frameworks (e.g., positioning, mission/vision/values, tone of voice)
- Advising on brand architecture, audience segmentation, and cross-platform consistency
- Supporting rebranding efforts, visual identity development, or go-to-market (GTM) brand strategy
- Optimize brand presence across digital and marketplace channels.

**Qualifications**
- Skills in Brand Strategy, Branding, and Brand Development
- Experience in Brand Management and Communication
- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in the skincare or cosmetics industry is a plus

What We’re Looking For:

- 2+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or e-commerce.
- A strong portfolio of brand strategy work across B2B and B2C,
- Strong skills in data analysis, Excel, SEO, and digital tools.
- A strategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,805.37 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
