Program Officer- Supply Chain

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of programs and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organization objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DELIVERABLES/JOB DUTIES- Design and implement public health programs that address global health needs and align with our organization's strategic goals.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned programs, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including program partners, funders, and community organizations.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging public health issues and recommend appropriate interventions.
- Monitor program outcomes and provide regular reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure program compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
- Develop and manage program evaluation plans to assess program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct analysis of program services and create comprehensive reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor to meet the needs of the organization.- MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES- N/AFISCAL RESPONSIBILITY (general)- N/APROBLEM SOLVING
- The Senior Program Officer I is expected to have a high level of problem-solving capacity. This includes the ability to identify and analyze complex public health issues, develop effective solutions, and adapt to changing circumstances. The Senior Program Officer I should be able to work independently and collaboratively to develop and implement strategies that address program challenges.

INDEPENDENCE OF ACTION
- Results are defined and you will sets your own goals and determine how to accomplish results with few or no guidelines to follow, although precedents may exist. You will be expected to work independently and take initiative to identify and implement program improvements. The Senior Program Officer I should be able to prioritize competing demands, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines with mínimal supervision.

- Decide on course of action from set of choices, escalating issues as needed.

KNOWLEDGE & APPLICATION

ADDITIONAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in program design, implementation, and management in a public health setting.-
