JD for Debt Restructuring

PIRPL is a Stressed Assets Resolution Advisory Firm. It offers the following services:
1. Liaison with Lenders for the One Time Settlement of NPA Loan,

2. Liaison with Lenders for Assignment of NPA Debt to ARCs,

3. Co-ordination for Debt Restructuring under various RBI Circulars,

4. Raising funds to finance OTS settlements,

5. NCLT Advisory Services (CIRP Process, Co-ordination with COC etc.),

6. Advisors to Resolution Applicant to acquire assets under NCLT,

7. Last Mile Funding for stuck Real Estate Projects;

KRA for Stress Related and Real Estate Proposals
- Analysis of data received from the client and doing independent research about the client;
- Proposal do-ability assessment and accordingly inform the reporting authority about the do-ability;
- Preparation of a comprehensive financial model as per the extent guidelines (RBI, Banking norms, IBC etc., as the case may be);
- Preparation of Information Memorandum, proposal note;
- Coordinate with Lenders / client on a regular basis to sort out queries throughout the assignment;
- Liaison with Legal Advocates for Title Clearance, Technical Valuers for Technical Due Diligence & Valuation, Credit rating agencies and Auditors for Financial Due Diligence;
- Coordinating with the Client to comply with CP of the Sanction / term sheet and ensuring it to comply within desired timelines;
- Assisting the client for timely closure of transaction
- OTS or sale ARC transaction
- Restructuring under RBI circular

Qualification Requirement
- CA/MBA in Finance/ICWA

Experience Requirement
- 2-3 years’ experience in Stress Assets Resolution related assignments in Advisory Firms, Borrowing Company or Lenders/ARCs

Computer Proficiency
- Advanced Excel, Power Point, Research tools

Other Qualities
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Should be able to work on strict deadlines and pressure
- Ability to think out of the box and offer suggestions / solutions
- Hard working & dedicated with no working time restrictions
