**1. Data Entry & Ticket Management**
- Accurately input and update customer and transaction information in the internal system.
- Generate, manage, and close support/service tickets in a timely manner.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.

**2. Chat & WhatsApp Support**
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and WhatsApp with professionalism and clarity.
- Address issues promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain appropriate tone, etiquette, and response time standards across platforms.

**3. Telecalling & Query Resolution**
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls for customer support and service-related queries.
- Resolve complaints, provide relevant information, and follow up to ensure closure.
- Maintain call logs and update CRM systems regularly.

**4. Tele-Sales & Lead Generation**
- Conduct outbound calls to promote products/services and generate qualified leads.
- Identify customer needs and present relevant offerings.
- Record and report lead data for follow-up and conversion tracking.

**5. Brand Promotion**
- Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions.
- Share promotional content, updates, and offers with potential clients.
- Uphold the brand’s image and values through consistent communication.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer support, data entry, or tele-sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication skills in [Insert Language(s)] - both verbal and written.
- Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle a high volume of queries.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
