**Position**: IT Telecaller cum Data Entry Intern

**Duration**: 3-6 months (with possibility of extension)

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our IT services and solutions.
- Assist in gathering and recording client information accurately in our database.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide information about our products and services.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Support the team in managing data entry tasks and ensuring data accuracy.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify leads and opportunities.
- Prepare reports and summaries based on data collected.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with a good command of English (additional languages are a plus).
- Basic understanding of IT services and solutions.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or data entry (internships or projects).
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
