Key Responsibilities
"- Prepare preventive maintenance schedule
- Attend breakdown of machines
- Ensure regular oiling, greasing and cleaning of machines
- Ensure regular change of felt and fabric
- Follow up Machine spares from maintenance stores
- Inspect machinery & products to determine necessary adjustments and repairs.
- Set up and adjust machines
- Responsible for manual shifting of the machines during batch setting
- Follow up of materials, Quality ,Track their usability and life
- Prepare daily Breakdown report"
