Job Title: Social Media Associate - LinkedIn and Instagram

Summary:

- Manage company's LinkedIn and Instagram accounts, ensuring brand consistency and timely updates.
- Develop and curate engaging content for both platforms, including visuals, written posts, and videos.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community engagement and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in relevant LinkedIn and Instagram groups to expand the company's network and thought leadership.
- Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts and maintain a content calendar.
- Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and design team to align social media strategies with overall marketing campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to propose innovative ideas.
- Assist in running social media advertising and promotions to reach target audiences effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with platform algorithms, features, and policy changes to ensure compliance and maximize reach.
- Coordinate with influencers and partners to leverage their audience and increase brand visibility.
- Proactively address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues, escalating when necessary.
- Provide regular reports on social media performance, campaign results, and key insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct A/B testing on content and strategies to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
- Research and implement social media trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media efforts into broader marketing initiatives.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:
