**Job Title**:Junior Interior Designer

**Department**: Treelight Designs

**Experience**:2 - 3 Years

Interior Designer develops interior design sketches and prepares paints and fabric samples and colour palettes for medium complex interior design projects. The jobholder also selects and designs furnishings, assist in artwork selection, accessories and coordinate with internal signage packages for medium complex interior design projects. He/she shall stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the interior design field and represent the firm and share their expertise and knowledge with other team members.

**Responsibilities**:

- Undertake design project from concept.
- Assisting senior designers with projects such as designing home interiors, remodeling existing homes, and planning construction on new homes
- Good knowledge and clarity on design process and project management
- Ensuring all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possible.
- Working with industry-standard design tools and programmes
- Adequacy, accuracy, and Clarity of design data.
- Must have an eye for detail and quality.
- Collaborate on all phases of Corporate Workplace oriented interiors projects, including programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, and design development. - Ability to ideate quickly through utilizing computational design tools.
- Produce drawings and details, which meet various and specific program requirements while also representing an overall design concept.
- Develop space planning concepts and generate program documents.
- Work with consultants, fabricators, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Qualification, Technical Skills and Competencies Required to Execute this Role
- Bachelor s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related field
- In depth knowledge in the interior design space
- Knowledge of architectural building systems.
- Good graphic skills from hand sketching and space planning (layouts)
- Good knowledge of furniture, fixture and equipment, architectural and interior finishes, lighting, signage, art and colour schemes
- Proficient understanding to families’ concept and usage.
- Understanding of current engineering standards and codes.
- Strong experience and track record in a variety of interior design projects
- Exposure to global best practices and trends in interior design.

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
