We are a digital media company that is looking for a content writer that can also assist us with customer relationship management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to handle both English and Malayalam Content
- Produce well-researched content and Ad copy for digital posters, videos etc.
- Communicate with clients and relay their requirements to the design team.
- Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content.
- Create digital media calendars for clients.
- Communicate with the management team regarding projects and customer inquiries.
- Create Proposals for clients
- Follow an editorial calendar, collaborating with other members of the content production team to ensure timely delivery of materials

**Qualifications**:

- Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio
- An impeccable grasp of the English language, including idioms and current trends in slang and expressions
- Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management
- Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
- Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
- Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
