Working hours: 10.30am to 7.30pm (3rd Sat Off)
**Accounts Executive**
Job Location: Next to Platform No. 8, Borivali West
**Salary**: 2.5 LPA to 4.5 LPA
Experience: Min 3 to 4 years
Experience in Manufacturing Industry will be preferable
**Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Making all accounting entries for Sales, Purchases, Expenses, Receipts, Journals Bank Entries etc in Tally/ERP
- Weekly & Monthly basis Bank Reconciliation
- Weekly/Monthly Reconciliation of Debtors and creditors
- Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable
- Provide full support to the Manager for internal audit and annual audit.
- To keep track on advance payments and suppliers/Vendors Invoices regularly.
- Preparing outstanding list of Debtor & making Payment follow-up.
- Reconciliation of Bank Statement at the end of month.
- Assisting in Finalization of Internal & Statutory Audit.
- Maintaining and keeping all accounting data and records properly
- All other work related to Accounts.
**Mandatory experience**
- Preparation of E-Challans and making statutory payments of GST/TDS
- TDS calculation, deduction, payment and return filing.
- GST Returns & Reconciliation
- TDS Returns, Quarterly/Monthly Basis
