**Job Description: Accounts Executive**

**Department**: Accounting & Finance
**Reporting To**: Senior Vendor Account Executive
**Location**: Borivali, Mumbai
**Employment Type**: Full-Time | Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in banking operations or finance

**Key Responsibilities**

**Bank Reconciliation (Daily)**
- Download and maintain daily bank statements and payout reports
- Verify MDR charges on card transactions and coordinate with relevant teams for discrepancies

**Fund Utilisation (Daily)**
- Prepare and share bank utilisation files with HOD
- Notify payment team of rejections via E-Net portal and ensure corrections

**Gold Metal Loan (Monthly)**
- Track export orders and process fresh GMLs
- Verify interest and customs duty charges
- Coordinate with bullion team for certificates, payments, and closures

**Payment Confirmation (Daily)**
- Share UTRs with accounts and front office teams
- Confirm customer receipts and export-related transactions

**Routine Tasks**
- Confirm daily cash deposits with relevant branches
- Resolve Synergic report queries and explain customer payments to management
- Handle internal transfers, bookkeeping, and bank-related queries
- Manage petty cash and cheque/PDC reporting

**Monthly Tasks**
- Prepare reconciliation reports for credit and current accounts
- Create working sheets for bank charges and FIU data
- Book provisions for interest charges and resolve GST-related queries

**Finalisation (Event-Based)**
- Reconcile unidentified customer payments
- Reverse JP scheme payments and book year-end entries

**Other Duties**
- Coordinate with POS vendors for machine activation/deactivation and issue resolution
- Manage commercial and corporate credit card issuance and closures

**Essential Skills**
- Multitasking and adaptability
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong administrative and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and evolve with changing processes

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
