**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the restaurant service staff.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Oversee the setup and organization of the dining area and ensure it meets company standards.
- Train and mentor new staff members on service standards and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of the dining area to ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle reservation systems and manage guest seating arrangements.
- Assist with special events and promotions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain or in a similar supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations and procedures.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
