We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Captain to join our dynamic team. The Restaurant Captain will oversee the dining room, ensure excellent customer service, and manage the staff to provide a memorable dining experience for our guests. This role requires a hands-on approach to leadership, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to quality and service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of dining room staff to ensure efficient and courteous service.
- Greet guests, assist with seating arrangements, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Take and manage reservations, ensuring optimal table allocation to maximize restaurant capacity.
- Train, mentor, and motivate waitstaff to uphold high standards of service.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Oversee the setup and maintenance of dining areas, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for service.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
