**Responsibilities**:

- Lead **Testing & Commissioning** activities for all telecom systems including Radio (TETRA/LTE), PIS, PAS, CCTV, ACIDS, SCADA, Networking, and UTO interfaces.
- Oversee **system integration** with signaling, rolling stock, and control centers.
- Manage **FAT, SAT, SIT** and interface testing with vendors and contractors.
- Review **system architecture, technical specifications, and as-built documentation** for compliance with project standards.
- Coordinate with OEM vendors, contractors, and client teams for seamless project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with **international safety and quality standards** (EN50126/8/9, IEC, IEEE).
- Provide **technical support** for tendering, vendor selection, and project documentation.
- Deliver **training and knowledge transfer** to client and O&M teams.

**Requirements**:
**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of **metro telecom architecture** and **UTO operations**.
- Expertise in **installation, testing, commissioning, and system integration** for PAS, PIDS, CCTV, SCADA, Networking, and TETRA Radio Systems.
- Hands-on experience with **IPT, PAT, SAT, SIT**, and telecom interface management.
- Proficiency in **MS Project, ProjectWise, Primavera** or similar project management tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in **tendering processes**, **scope development**, and **contract documentation**.
- Familiarity with **statutory clearances** (e.g., WPC) and payment processes (IPA/IPC).
