**Job brief**

We are looking for recent graduates (who’s passionate about recruitment) to support our recruiting process from beginning to end. The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and post job advertisements online (job portals and social media).
- Help with resume screening and initial phone screens.
- Resolve issues as fast as possible (e.g. interview cancellations).
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Requirements and skills**
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel).
- Good in written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once.
- Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
