**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and update product listings on ecommerce platforms such as [Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart, eBay, etc.].
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock updates.
- Handle order processing, shipping, and returns.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Implement strategies to optimize product listings for better visibility and conversion rates.
- Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to products or orders.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop promotions, offers, and product launches.
- Ensure timely and accurate order delivery, managing customer expectations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or online retail (1-2 years of experience is preferred).
- Proficiency with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Amazon Seller Central, etc.) and content management systems.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising tools.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
