**GST Executive**
**Job Summary**:
**Prepare, manage, and maintain the company's documentation and records, such as spreadsheets, databases, such as GST 0.1% Covering Letter, Proof of export as per notification No. 40/2017-Central Tax (Rate) OR 41/2017-Integrated Tax (Rate) dated 23/10/2017 for Merchant Exports. Etc. Assist with writing, editing, and formatting documentation. Where such consignments are being exported, the forwarder is usually shown as the consignor in the shipping documents.**

**Key duties and responsibilities**:
**1. Maintain accurate records of all export transactions.**
**2. Preparing Supplier details, Purchase Order no. & Tax Invoice Noe etc. as per Sale Invoice for the record purpose.**
**3. As per GST Notification no. 40/2017-Central Tax (Rate) OR 41/2017-Integrated Tax (Rate) dated 23/10/2017 for Merchant Exports has been charged under taxable goods amount calculated at the rate of 0.1%.**
**4. Prepare & provide GST (Goods & Services Tax) 0.1% Intimation letter to GST Jurisdictional department & to the Supplier.**
**5. Prepare Export Documentation (Proof of Export) which is evidence of export for goods.**
**6. Coordinate with suppliers & internal team to obtain necessary documents.**
**7. Strong knowledge of Microsoft excels, Microsoft word & Editing.**
**8. Proficiency in preparing export documents (e.g. GST Intimation letter, Export Proof document).**
