**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Identify and generate new business opportunities**
- Search for potential clients through networking, referrals, and research.
- Actively explore new markets to increase the company’s customer base.
- **Build and maintain strong client relationships**
- Develop trust and long-term partnerships with customers.
- Regularly follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions**
- Listen to client requirements carefully.
- Suggest suitable products/services and present them effectively through proposals or demos.
- **Negotiate and close deals**
- Discuss pricing, terms, and conditions with clients.
- Finalize contracts and ensure targets are achieved.
- **Maintain sales records and stay updated on market trends**
- Keep proper records of leads, sales, and client interactions in CRM.
- Track competitors and industry updates to plan better strategies.

**Having experience in flat selling and strong knowledge about real estate sites and flat sales.**

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.

**Position**: Sales Executive

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
