**Position**:Dental Clinic Manager**
**Clinic**: Dr. Feminath's Ananthapuri Dental Clinic
**Location**: Vattiyoorkavu, Trivandrum
**Reports To**: CEO

**Job Summary**

The Hospital Management Manager serves as the primary liaison between the CEO and hospital staff, ensuring efficient operations, optimal resource management, and high-quality patient care. This dynamic role demands excellent leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving skills to manage diverse teams effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Leadership and Coordination**:

- Act as the main point of contact between the CEO and hospital staff.
- Align departmental activities with organizational objectives.
- Monitor and optimize hospital operations.

**2. Operational Oversight**:

- Ensure daily compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.
- Resolve staff concerns and escalate major issues to the CEO.
- Manage scheduling, procurement, and other administrative functions.

**3. Communication and Collaboration**:

- Bridge communication between the CEO and staff.
- Organize and lead meetings, such as strategy sessions and briefings.
- Address staff feedback and inquiries professionally.

**4. Performance Management**:

- Track and improve staff performance.
- Collaborate with HR on hiring, training, and employee engagement.
- Create staff motivation and retention strategies.

**5. Patient Care and Quality Assurance**:

- Uphold high standards of patient care and safety.
- Regularly evaluate performance metrics and recommend improvements.
- Address and resolve patient feedback promptly.

**6. Multitasking and Problem-Solving**:

- Manage multiple priorities with a proactive approach.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Lead special projects as assigned by the CEO.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience in hospital management or similar roles is preferred.
- Exceptional multitasking, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with healthcare management systems and regulations.

**Work Conditions**
- On-site presence is mandatory for effective coordination.
- Fast-paced environment requiring multitasking and deadline management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Entry-level

**Pay**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month (negotiable based on experience)
