Welcare Hospital is seeking a dedicated and empathetic International Marketing Executive to join our team and focus on building strong relationships with our international patients. This role is pivotal in ensuring our patients feel welcomed, supported, and receive the highest quality of care throughout their journey with us.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for international patients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries with the utmost care and professionalism.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance international patient satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Coordinate patient services across departments, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from initial contact to post-discharge follow-up.
- Facilitate clear and culturally sensitive communication between patients, their families, and medical staff.
- Develop and manage feedback mechanisms to continuously improve our services for international patients.
- Create and adapt marketing materials and communication strategies to effectively reach and engage diverse international audiences.
- Collaborate with the international marketing team to support initiatives aimed at attracting and retaining international patients.
- Represent Welcare Hospital at relevant international events and conferences, focusing on building trust and rapport with potential patients and partners.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in international patient relations, healthcare, or a client-facing role dealing with diverse international clients.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with patients from various cultural backgrounds.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Strong understanding of the unique needs and expectations of international patients seeking medical care.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy, discretion, and cultural sensitivity.
- Fluency in English is required.
- **Fluency in Arabic is a significant advantage and highly preferred.**:

- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
