**Responsibilities**:

- Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed
- Manage schedules and calendars for executives and other team members
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and events as needed
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide administrative support to all departments, as needed
- Manage and update the company database and other records
- Assist with payroll and HR tasks
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably in an office environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Salary**: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
