**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors, parents, and students in a warm and professional manner.
- Maintain student and staff attendance records.
- Manage appointment scheduling and visitor logs.
- Handle inquiries related to admissions, school policies, and events.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Coordinate communication between parents, teachers, and school administration.
- Ensure the front desk is tidy and presentable at all times.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification preferred.
- Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
