**Job Title**: Paid Architect Intern (Full-Time Opportunity After Internship)

**Reports To**: Senior Architect/Project Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in **concept development, space planning, and design detailing**.
- Prepare **architectural drawings, blueprints, and 3D models** using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software.
- Conduct **research on materials, sustainability, and design trends**.
- Collaborate with **architects, designers, and engineers** to develop project plans.
- Participate in **site visits and inspections** to understand construction processes.
- Support in creating **presentation boards, mood boards, and client proposals**.
- Ensure compliance with **building codes, zoning laws, and design regulations**.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture**.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and other design tools**.
- Strong **creative and problem-solving skills**.
- Ability to work in a **team-oriented and fast-paced environment**.
- Good **communication and presentation skills**.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with **3D rendering tools (Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, etc.)** is a plus.
- Interest in **sustainable and innovative design**.
- Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
