**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Creation**:

- Develop creative, high-quality content (text, images, videos) tailored to each social media platform.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce on-brand content.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage daily operations of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.
- Schedule posts and maintain a content calendar for each client.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly to foster community engagement.
- **Campaign Strategy and Execution**:

- Plan and implement social media campaigns aligned with client goals (e.g., increasing brand awareness, driving traffic, lead generation).
- Monitor and optimize campaigns for performance improvement.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions).
- Prepare detailed reports and provide actionable insights to clients.
- **Trend Monitoring**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to improve content strategies.
- Suggest new features or strategies to enhance client results.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media management or a related role.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-specific insights).
- Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

**Job timings**: 3 PM - 12 AM IST / 6 PM - 3 AM IST( Monday
- Friday)

**Salary**: up to 4LPA

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,333.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Work from home

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
