**SA Technologies Inc. is hiring for Servicenow-Business analyst role**

**_Requirements:_**
- Experience 5-8 years of experience. Technical Skills (mandatory)
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in business/systems analysis.
- 2. 2-3 years of experience as BA for Service Now tool (Preferably PPM Suite).
- 3. 2+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.

**_ Qualifications:_**
- Applicant must have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Strong analytical and customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal skills. Must be able to communicate well with all areas of the business.
- Good understanding of Project & Portfolio management and PMO activities.
- Accurate and comprehensive documentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under strict deadlines
- Ability to respond quickly to problems and changes
- Perform duties with limited supervision
- Min 5-8 years’ experience in Service Management either working as a business analyst with the PPM disciplines (Project & Portfolio management) or driving process
