The 1st 8 weeks of this role will involve a data cleanse process - there are 1500 files on our CRM system that require documents to be attached in the correct part of the system in order for us to carry out compliance maintenance tasks in a controlled manner. There will be a team of 5 compliance maintenance officers, and each compliance officer on commencement of their role will be assigned 300 files in order to cleanse and ensure all documents are attached correctly. Once this task is completed the employee will move to compliance maintenance officer training and will be full time in this role.
- The Compliance Maintenance Officer will be responsible for the ongoing monitoring of expiring compliance items required for an Agency Worker to continue working. This includes obtaining and validating all required documents, attaching to the CRM system, and recording correctly.
- Obtain compliance documents within agreed timescales and ensure documentation is saved on to CRM.
- Complete relevant occupational health checks and Fit To Work renewals.
- Complete right to work and ID checks.
- Complete monthly professional registration checks if Agency Worker has a protected title e.g. Doctor, Nurse, AHP etc.
- Identify any potential compliance issues which may cause delays in deployment and communicate to the appropriate people.
- Implement tight controls within the CRM and Booking System if an Agency Worker is not compliant before the expiration of a Compliance Document.
- Carry out work instructions in line with TTM healthcare processes and procedures.
- For the data cleanse assignment at the beginning - 300 files will need to be cleansed over an 8 week period
- Ensure all communication is logged on CRM system.
- Ensure consultants and Team Leaders/Managers are informed of staff who are non-compliant.
- Low Data Entry error rate.
