Certified JIRA Admin with 8+ Years of Experience in JIRA Software Manager (JSM)

**Responsibilities**:
JIRA Instance Management:Manage and administer JIRA Software and JIRA Service Management (JSM) instances for multiple projects and teams.
Customize JIRA workflows, screens, fields, and schemes to align with our organization's requirements.
Set up and configure user roles, permissions, and security settings to ensure data integrity and access control.

Issue Tracking and Project Management:Collaborate with project teams to understand their workflows and configure JIRA accordingly.
Support teams in setting up boards, filters, and dashboards for efficient issue tracking and project progress visibility.
Assist in creating and managing project-specific components, versions, and release cycles.

Process Improvement:Continuously review and optimize JIRA processes to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
Recommend best practices and improvements to streamline workflows and ensure seamless project execution.

User Training and Support:Conduct training sessions for team members to ensure they effectively use JIRA for their daily tasks.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users regarding JIRA functionalities and configurations.

Integration and Plugin Management:Evaluate, install, and configure JIRA plugins to extend its functionality and integrate with other tools in our tech stack.
Ensure the compatibility and security of installed plugins.

Data Migration and Upgrades:Assist in the migration of JIRA instances to newer versions and handle data migration tasks, ensuring data integrity throughout the process.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 8 years of proven experience as a dedicated JIRA Administrator, specifically with JIRA Software Manager (JSM).
- JIRA Administrator Certification is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of JIRA configurations, workflows, custom fields, and screen schemes.
- Experience with JIRA Service Desk and setting up SLAs, queues, and automation rules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with JIRA integrations and plugins to extend its capabilities.
- Ability to work remotely and manage tasks efficiently with mínimal supervision.

**Salary**: ₹10,870.93 - ₹56,073.88 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
