As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring they have a positive shopping experience. **Responsibilities**:
**Customer Assistance and Support**:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with any inquiries or requests regarding men's clothing products, promotions, and store policies.
- Actively listen to customer concerns, providing empathetic and timely responses to address their needs effectively.
**Order Processing and Tracking**:
- Assist customers in placing orders for men's clothing items, both in-store and online.
- Track order statuses and provide regular updates to customers, ensuring a smooth and seamless purchasing experience.
**Issue Resolution**:
- Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently, aiming to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or store management, as needed.
**Product Knowledge**:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the men's clothing products available in the store to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to stay informed about new arrivals and product features.
**Customer Feedback Management**:
- Actively seek customer feedback and conduct surveys to understand their experiences and identify areas for improvement.
- Compile and report customer feedback to the store management for continuous enhancement of service quality.
**Communication and Follow-Up**:
**Return and Exchange Handling**:
- Assist customers with product returns, exchanges, and refunds, ensuring compliance with store policies.
**Team Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with other customer care executives, sales associates, and store staff to provide seamless service to customers.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience (X years) as a Customer Care Executive or in a similar customer service role, preferably in the retail or men's fashion industry.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with tact and patience.
- Empathy and a customer-centric approach to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Basic knowledge of men's fashion trends, clothing styles, and brands is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per the store's operating schedule.
**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
