Key Responsibilities:

- **Curriculum Development and Implementation**:

- Develop and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive pre-primary curriculum that aligns with educational standards and the developmental needs of young children.
- Ensure that lesson plans and activities are age-appropriate, engaging, and promote holistic development.
- Introduce innovative teaching methods and educational technologies to enhance the learning experience.
- **Teacher Support and Development**:

- Provide guidance and support to pre-primary teachers in planning and delivering effective lessons.
- Conduct regular classroom observations to assess teaching practices and provide constructive feedback.
- Organize and facilitate professional development workshops and training sessions for teachers.
- **Student Assessment and Progress Monitoring**:

- Implement effective assessment strategies to monitor students' progress and development.
- Ensure that teachers maintain accurate records of student performance and provide regular feedback to parents.
- Identify students with special needs and coordinate with specialists to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- **Parent Communication and Engagement**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and guardians regarding pre-primary education matters.
- Organize parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and events to foster strong home-school partnerships.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, school activities, and any concerns.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the pre-primary section, including scheduling, resource allocation, and facility maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with all school policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and manage budgets for the pre-primary section, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- **Health and Safety**:

- Ensure a safe and healthy learning environment for all students and staff.
- Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures for the pre-primary section.
- Monitor the cleanliness and hygiene of classrooms and play areas.
- **Extracurricular Activities**:

- Plan and coordinate extracurricular activities, field trips, and special events that enhance the educational experience.
- Encourage student participation in activities that promote physical, social, and emotional development.
- **Collaboration and Teamwork**:

- Work collaboratively with other coordinators and school staff to ensure a cohesive educational program.
- Participate in school leadership meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the school.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among pre-primary staff.

Qualifications:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or additional certification in educational leadership or administration is preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in teaching or coordinating early childhood education programs.
- Demonstrated experience in curriculum development and teacher supervision.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
