Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-commerce Executive to join our team. As an E-commerce Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing our online presence across various platforms including **B2B Sales on IndiaMart,** Shopify, Myntra, Ajio, and Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle product listings and ensure accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and specifications.
- Manage Leads generation,
- Manage orders efficiently, ensuring timely processing, dispatch, and delivery and payment
- **Handle Pricing, track and process orders, control inventory**:

- Hand on experience in **what's app Marketing**:

- **Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure stock availability.**:

- Creating and updating product cataloguing categories and subcategories to ensure a logical and user-friendly browsing experience
- Conduct regular analysis of sales data and trends to optimize product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and enhance brand visibility.
- Stay updated with industry trends and platform developments to implement best practices for e-commerce operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 year of experience in e-commerce operations
- Proficiency in managing online platforms such as **IndiaMart,** Shopify, Myntra, Ajio, and Amazon.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- **Preference from Fashion/ Apparel Industry**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
