**Process Owner Job Description**

The KGS Enterprise Service Management (ESM) team is responsible for empowering Koch businesses to deliver effortless and highly valuable services in all shapes and forms via automation, workflows, and data through our primary platform, ServiceNow. We have an exciting opportunity on the ESM team to hire a Process Owner who is passionate about improving the customer experience and driving transformation. As a Process Owner focused on the Self-Service Journey/Experience (Knowledge Management, Virtual Agent, and Self-Service Portal), you will be responsible for developing and driving global enterprise processes that allow our businesses to efficiently manage their knowledge and improving the consumer experience in our environment. We are seeking an individual with a passion for developing and driving enterprise standards in a collaborative way.

**What You Will Do in Your Role**
- Develop effective processes and drive the adoption of ServiceNow Knowledge by partnering with stakeholders to understand their business needs.
- Partner with Knowledge Base owners to implement best practices based on mutual benefit and value creation.
- Partner with other ITSM Process Owners on how their processes overlap with each other and add value.
- Partner with stakeholders and customers to implement changes to Self Service Portal that will enhance the consumer experience.
- Work across IT and HR to provide a consistent Knowledge Article experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with Knowledge Base owners.

**Requirements**:

- Good working knowledge/understanding of ServiceNow.
- Experience working collaboratively to solve complex problems.
- Experience building strong relationships.
- Experience delivering good experiences for customers.

**What Will Put You Ahead**
- ITIL framework certification.
- Experience designing end-to-end processes.
- Experience in a customer service environment.
- Experience with Knowledge
- Centered Service (KCS).
- Experience with Incident Management, Change Enablement, Request, and Knowledge Management.
