The E-Commerce Manager will oversee and manage our online sales channels (including marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho etc) and our company website. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for product listings, pricing, inventory, promotions, coupon management, invoice printing/distribution, and ensuring the online business runs smoothly and grows steadily.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of multiple e-commerce marketplace platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho etc) and the company’s own website.
- Upload and maintain product listings: titles, descriptions, images, attributes, stock levels, pricing.
- Monitor competitor pricing and marketplace pricing trends; adjust pricing strategy accordingly.
- Print invoices and ensure order documentation is handled as per company/marketplace requirements.
- Create and manage coupons, promo codes, deals and marketplace promotions (e.g., “flash sale”, “bundle offer”, “discount coupon”) and ensure campaigns are executed on time.
- Check and reconcile inventory: track stock levels, analyse stock-outs and over-stocks, coordinate with warehouse/logistics/supply chain for replenishment.
- Run promotional activities on marketplace platforms and website: plan, execute and review their effectiveness (sales lift, ROI).
- Monitor performance metrics: sales, conversion rates, average order value, return rates, inventory turnover, etc. Use these to identify issues and propose improvements.
- Work with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service, warehouse, finance) to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure the website is updated with correct product information, pricing, offers and is well-maintained. Liaise with web/IT team to fix any issues.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, brand guidelines and internal SOPs.
- Maintain accurate records and reports: daily/weekly/monthly sales, inventory, promos, pricing changes, etc.
- image uploads (where needed) and monitor listing quality (images, copy, attributes) to ensure visibility and conversion.
- Support during high-peak periods (sales events, festive promotions) with extra focus on execution and monitoring.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree (in business, commerce, marketing or related field) preferred.
- Basic to moderate experience in e-commerce operations (preferably 1-3 years) — ideally working with online marketplaces and website operations.
- Familiarity with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho or other marketplace platforms is a plus.
- Good numerical/analytical skills: ability to monitor, interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Good organisational skills, detail‐oriented, must be comfortable with routine tasks (pricing checks, inventory checks, invoice printing).
- Basic IT skills: MS Excel (or Google Sheets), comfortable with web tools/platform portals.
- Good communication skills (verbal & written), team player.
- Ability to work full-time from office, punctual, living close to Mumbai Central (or willing to commute easily).

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
