**We’re Hiring: Creative Graphic Designer (0-1 Year Experience)**

Are you a creative thinker who loves turning ideas into powerful visuals? We’re looking for a **Graphic Designer** who can bring life to concepts through eye-catching posts, videos, and visual stories — especially for social media and project showcases.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Create **engaging social media graphics** and **short videos** based on ideas shared by our team.
- Design **project showcase visuals** and **reels** that highlight our work and impact.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and content team.
- Convert simple ideas into **visually powerful, copyright-free** creatives.
- Stay updated with design trends and bring fresh, original thinking to every piece.

**Skills We’re Looking For**:
CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, or any graphic design tools you’re great with

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 0-1 year of experience in graphic design (freshers welcome with a strong portfolio).
- Good sense of layout, typography, color, and storytelling.
- Basic video editing skills for social media content.
- Ability to work independently and take feedback positively.
- **Willingness to learn and grow**— we support and encourage your creative journey.
