**Qualifications**:
**Educational Background**:A minimum of a Master's degree in Commerce or a related field is required.

**Teaching Experience**:Previous teaching experience at the undergraduate level is preferred.

**Communication Skills**:Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to effectively convey complex concepts to students with diverse backgrounds.

**Commitment to Women's Education**:Strong commitment to empowering women through education. Understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in women's education.

**Location Requirement**:Applicants must be residing in and around Pondicherry.
