**Experience**:

- **Professor**: Minimum 10 years of teaching/research/industry experience with at least 3 years at the Associate Professor level
- **Associate Professor**: Minimum 6 years of teaching/research/industry experience
- **Assistant Professor**: 0 to 3 years (with relevant qualifications)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise student projects, internships, and research work.
- Publish research papers in indexed journals and participate in national/international conferences.
- Mentor and guide students in academic and career development.
- Participate in departmental and institutional development activities, including accreditation and ranking processes (NAAC/NBA).
- Initiate research proposals and secure grants from funding agencies.
- Collaborate with industry partners for training, placements, and consulting opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in technology and incorporate them into teaching.
